East End Lions coach voted AWOL sports personality of the year 2019.

Coach John Keister has been named the sports personality of the year 2019 in the all works of life (AWOL) award nights held at the prestigious Bintumani conference center in Freetown.  Coach Keister was nominated alongside the Sierra Leone swimming association and Mohamed Buya Turay.  Receiving his award Coach John Keister said he felt happy to be crowned as the sports personality of the year by AWOL. I am excited to receive the sports personality of the year by one of the most respected awards body in our Country.  He thanked the president of the Sierra Leone football association, Isha Johansen,  for giving him the opportunity to contribute in the development of football in the country.  Coach Keister won the 2018/19 Sierra Leone premier league unbeaten with East End Lions and was crowed best coach in the Salone premier league awards. FC.KALLON: "If we lose the ruling we’re going to take action against Victor Lewis".

Kallon, Tunde Scott has confirmed that they will take action against the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of  East End Tigers, Victor Lewis.  This assertion was made as a result of rumors on social media that they have lost the case at the players' status committee.  He said they haven’t received any ruling from the panel that Baimba Sesay has been given the clearance to play for FC. Sierra Leone premier league get it first female coach

By Muctar Koroma. Victoria Conteh has been appointed as the head coach of Sierra Leone premier league club East End Tigers. She's the first woman's ever to be appointed as coach to a top flight male football team in Sierra Leone. Victoria Conteh, a Confederation of Africa football (CAF) Instructor and also a holder of A-class license in football coaching.  Coach Victoria, before her appointment was the coach of Sierra Leone U-17 women's team. She was head coach also for the Sierra Leone Police female team and part of FC. By Muctar Koroma.    The head coach of Kenema Kamboi Eagles FC, Alhaji Foray has said they are determined as a team to win the 2019/20 Sierra Leone premier league.   Kamboi Eagle’s has kicked start the new premier league seasons in a good spirit winning two out of two.   Speaking ahead of their match with Anti-Drugs Strikers, coach Foray says he is very impressed with the performance of his lads after two matches played so far.  He said good preparation is responsible for their winning start to the season.   The flying coach believed that the five Ps in football is helping him deliver the result the club management and supporters are eager for.  Coach Foray disclosed that they are going to approach all matches in the premier league with a winning mentality.  He said the match against Freetown, base club Anti-Drugs Strikers FC, wouldn’t be underrated because last season they were only able to squeeze four-point from them....

East End Lions coach confident of turning things around

 Muctar Koroma After a poor start to the 2019/20 Sierra Leone Premier League season, head coach of East End Lions John Kiester, says he is confident his side will turn around the poor run of results in the season.  Kiester's side has struggled to win a game in their opening two clashes; losing one and drawing one. The gaffer believes that the league is still young for his side to turn things around with the coming games. Speaking at their training ground, the league champions coach said two matches aren't enough to do any assessment on his lads’ new football season because they have a long way to go. “It's always going to be difficult after winning a league and come back because other teams are prepared and determined to get you off the top," he said. Everyday she belittles the man.

~Muctar Koroma Yes she is bold and assertive. But she should know that everyday she comes to the public  square and talks like a woman who has no access to the bedroom she belittles herself too. She once told us the man and his office had been hijacked. She wanted us , men, to speak out and chase away the abductors. She thought she was being courageous.   Well perhaps she was courageously announcing the impotence of her husband. And her lack of guile to cover family shame. Today she has said it was a mere employee who banished her to the sidelines for four long years. Tomorrow she will tell us more tales  She once told us that one woman was wasting monies given to  her to help the poor. I actually like her.  She is outspoken.  But there is a thin line between courage and rascality. Husbands relatives should be respected.  Kicking them around like rubber balls and serving them up to the public for ridicule is not good home management  ...

Government yet to release funds for the 2019/20 Salone Premier League.
