Everyday she belittles the man.
~Muctar Koroma
Yes she is bold and assertive.
But she should know that everyday she comes to the public square and talks like a woman who has no access to the bedroom she belittles herself too.
She once told us the man and his office had been hijacked. She wanted us , men, to speak out and chase away the abductors.
She thought she was being courageous.
Well perhaps she was courageously announcing the impotence of her husband. And her lack of guile to cover family shame.
Today she has said it was a mere employee who banished her to the sidelines for four long years.
Tomorrow she will tell us more tales
She once told us that one woman was wasting monies given to her to help the poor.
I actually like her.
She is outspoken.
But there is a thin line between courage and rascality.
Husbands relatives should be respected. Kicking them around like rubber balls and serving them up to the public for ridicule is not good home management
I like the woman . She is spontaneous. But spontaneity must be moderated by thoughtfulness.
Painting a husband as being a wimp or a lousy hostage is not nice.. cant make a woman a lioness. A lioness who cant access her husband for pillow talk and comes to the public with a microphone to say things that should be whispered should consult religious leaders.
She has lashed the old and the young , nephew in law, cousins in law, party chairman.
I like her. She airs her feelings .
But a mother must always find the evenness of temperament to call people in quietly and have conversations with them.
Everyday she comes to do his work with harsh words she belittled the man and herself.
I love her. I wish she could devise a way to influence things quietly.
